13 Of the India school children were in for a treat. The workshop of the Museum which is normally in addition to any visitors reach has shown exclusively for children in the school again that in turn sit behind a Porsche 550 Spyder of 1954. This is not everything. Youth Jubilee guests received a very special surprise at the end of their visit. The Porsche Museum promised the children that it would support their school project (construction of a well in a village near their school).
Since its opening on 31 January 2009, the Porsche Museum has provided more than 5 100 tours through the 5,600 m2 exhibition and allowed ten special exhibitions. Several celebrities from around the world, including Jerry Seinfeld, Paris Hilton, Jamiroquai, Robby Naish, Udo Lindenberg and Peter Maffay also took an interest in this collection of historic vehicles on Porscheplatz. Tickets sold to date would extend a total of 150 km from Stuttgart to Lake Constance. In addition, for more than 300 classic from the collection of the Museum have been travelling the world as ambassadors for the brand, attend historic races and events of classic cars from rolling.
Pentecost sees the opening of the Porsche Museum exclusively for its visitors with the current exhibit special "Ferdinand Porsche - pioneer of the Hybrid Drive" up Whit Monday, June 13, 2011. The Museum is open Tuesday to Sunday from 9: 00 a.m., 6 p.m. entry costs € 8, €4 for concessions. Children less than 14 years free accompanied by an adult.
