The Passat 2012 may be gathering the majority of our attention to the wire at Volkswagen, but for the future, it seems that the swoopier CC is due to get a facelift. Unsurprisingly, these camouflaged testers show a front fairing which looks more like what we see on the Passat and Jetta. We've always been big fans of CC's style, then let's hope that more quiet front end even on translated the General form of the sedan.

We can expect a rear fascia revised slightly to accompany changes to the front, and new wheel choices will likely offered for the year 2013. Internal CC will get a light touch-up, as well. Mum the word on the Powertrain option, but we wouldn't be surprised if the 2.0 litre turbocharged inline-four and 3.6 litre V6 carry on virtually unchanged.
